Ex-LA County Sheriff`s Deputy Pleads Guilty to Helping Smuggle Drugs

Kenneth Collins, a former deputy in Los Angeles, pleaded guilty to conspiring to smuggle drugs for payments as high as $250,000, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
